Privacy policy:
AdVentuRes On Wheels MS LLC is committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect on the site to make bookings with adVentuRes On Wheels MS LLC as simple as possible and to enhance your overall experience. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others.
Payment policy:
A valid debit or credit card is required to book a party with adVentuRes On Wheels MS LLC. A $250 deposit is required at the time of booking. Final payment is due seven days in advance of the event date. If the reservation is booked within 72 hours of the schedule event time, then payment is due in full upon making the reservation.
Refund/cancellation policy:
There will be $100 cancellation fee for all parties or events canceled after your initial payment is received canceled up to 14 days prior to the schedule event will be refunded in full LESS the $100 cancellation fee. There will be NO REFUND if the event is canceled less than 14 days prior to the scheduled event. AdVentuRes On Wheels MS LLC will make every effort to reschedule your event to another date with no penalty, should cancellation be necessary.
Bad weather:
There may be occasions when the weather does not permit with your scheduled party. In the event of severe weather (lightning, high winds, snow, ice, etc.), we reserve the right to reschedule your service to guarantee the safety of you, your guests, our staff, and equipment.
Supervised children:
AdVentuRes On Wheels MS LLC requires a parent or responsible adult to be present at all times during the event.
Food/drink:
No food or drinks are allowed inside the VR mobile theme park trailer.
Refusal of service:
adVentuRes on Wheels MS LLC reserves the right to refuse service to a client if we observed behavior which is deemed to be a potential threat to our employees, guest, or our equipment. Such behavior includes, but is not limited to, obvious intoxication, observed or suspected drug use, aggressive, language, or behavior, unsafe, surroundings, etc. In this case, we may refuse to start a party or terminate an ongoing event.
Theft/damage/injury:
adVentuRes on Wheels MS LLC reserves the right to charge the client for any theft or damage to our equipment resulting from negligence or willful act by the event attendees. Charges will include replacement cost plus labor, depending on what is being replaced. Additionally, adVentuRes On Wheels MS LLC or its employees assume no responsibility for any injury sustained on the client’s property or their designated location. All liability of damages or injuries is the sole responsibility of the client and/or host.
Pictures:
While your party or event is in effect, the adVentuRes On Wheels MS LLC staff member may be taking pictures of the party from inside and outside of the VR mobile theme park trailer. We may post these pictures on our social media pages and/or our website parentheses no names or addresses are posted). If you do not want our staff member taking pictures or posting them on social media or our website, please notify us via email prior to the party or event.
